PERFORMANCE
· Manage daily operations of Sortation for domestic transportation from inbound, outbound, line haul/shuttle connection to destination
· Detail shipment data is entry and updated in system. This information is used for track & trace, transfer information to destination for delivery and account billing
· Monitor stock, cycle count and ensure shipment is kept in good condition
· Functional service performance is followed up, root cause analysis, action taken to fix issue properly
· Facility, tool & equipment is maintained in good condition and available for daily operations
· Manage line haul/ shuttle activities: Contract, vendor evaluation, schedule, utilization, performance (Air, Road).
· Cooperate with subcontractor (airlines, ITL, transporters, outsource …) to connect shipment in routing and effective costing
· Monitor location tree and SPL coverage.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
· Cooperate with kinh doanh, Business Development nhóm to advise solution from Operations side in order to meet customer requirement
· Cascade customized operation process and training for GSO (Ground service officer) to run project smoothly
· Follow up project performance to meet committed KPIs
· Coaching nhóm to make sure SOP compliance
OPERATION EXCELLENCE
· Functional cost is monitoring and controlling within budget and effective usage.
· SOP is periodically reviewed, updated
· Proactive to suggest initiatives to improve process, productivity and motivate staff idea contribution
· 5S facility implementation to make sure infrastructure, tool & equipment, layout in good maintenance.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
· Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
· Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
· Consult performance appraisal.
· Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
