Position summary:
Educational Consultant will work directly with customers (parents and students) and take charge of application quality of students who apply to US & Canadian high schools, colleges and universities. Equally important, you are responsible for maintaining high standard of customer satisfaction. You are responsible for building sincere and trustful relationships with boths students and parents and become a source of inspiration for them.

What will you do/ Responsibilities:
- Research on admission and scholarship information about US & Canadian high schools, colleges and universities
- Work closely with students and parents to give proper instruction for application component throughout the process
- Analyse and evaluate students’ profiles to advise application strategy
- Engage in paper work to help student prepare for application deadlines
- Assist students in contacting with admission officers to inquire admission-related information
- Give clear and concise instructions for building school list and visa application components
- Create a bonding with students in order to understand, emphathize and motivate them in achieving application goal
- Involved in Marketing and Sales activities, including:
+ Design and implement activities to reach marketing goals
+ Plan and organize public educational events to reach out to potential clients
+ Identify potential clients within the market segment through various channels and activities
+ Conduct regularly clients’ meetings and follow up with their inquiries
