Mô tả công việc

Job Scope / Position Summary
• Purpose of this role: Assist the Group Head in preparing quotation supporting sales to grow new business and in handling administrative work serving policy issue, managing existing customer relationship to successfully get existing accounts renewed in due course.

- Preparing quotations within service turnaround time of providing quotes to clients/brokers/corporate agents
- Support sales & servicing to ensure all sales processing timely, accurately and efficiently
- Preparing complete documents for policy issue
- Execute customer relation management to be successful for renewals

• Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties:
- Internal: GB Account Manager, all related department for quotation /contract approval (Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Legal)
- External: Group Clients
Main Responsibility
1. New Business
- Search and collect information of Prospects (Company name, nature of business, contact info…)
- Collect data from sales team for preparing quotation
- Prepare a full set of proposal (quotation, benefit scheme comparison)
- Prepare marketing materials, presentation content and documents related
- Prepare documents for issuing Group policy (Sale Illustration, Application form, Document sign-off)
- Scan/copy and receive/deliver GB documents
- Support in preparing documents for policy issue, binding contract and distributing Group Policy, member book/card.
2. After Sales Supports
- Follow up premium collection, commission payments to brokers/corporate agents
- Complete policy alteration document
- Support in collecting claim document.
3. Accounts Retention
- Execute customer relationship management (customer care activities, product/ services update)
- Receive feedbacks & queries from customers
- Participate in communications on claims experience analysis and control
• Collect info and prepare all documents for renewals.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: University degree; major in Business Administrative Management; Maths, Statistics, Economics is an advantage
- Experience: 1 year experienced in life insurance or group business as sales supporting role is preferable
- Skills:
+ Good communication both in English & Vietnamese
+ Good planning & organization skill
+ Flexible in problem handling
+ Strong MS Office applications, especially Excel & Power Point
+ Customer oriented, team work spirited, tenacious and hard working
