* MISSION
- To regulate the tasks & job specification of Labor Relation
* ACTIVITIES
- Support information acquisition in companies and provide advice and assistance in resolving labor relations matters.
- Participate in fact-finding process and investigations of site grievances and labor disciplinary issues.
- Assist in preparing materials related to internal labor rule and labor laws.
- Assist in drafting, editing, supplementing the contents of labor contract and other human resources forms.
- Assist in examining, adjusting, supplementing new contents to internal labor rule, labor collective agreement and other regulations of the company such as regulation on fraud & corruption prevention, democratic regulations at grassroots, etc.
- Assist in examining management procedures of Human Resources Department such as labor discipline procedures, labor contract termination procedures, uniform management procedures, health examination procedures, etc.
- Assist in drafting announcement related to new regulations of the law and inform the new information to all employees in the company.
- Support to rewrite the control processes of labor safety & hygiene to ensure they are met to the requirements of the Government.
- Collect, check, report the list of employees who have read, understood and committed to comply with the internal labor rule.
- Collect, analyze and report the resignation and labor accident from the sites and make the summary report monthly.
- Collect, analyze, report reasons of resignation cases annually.
- Follow up the labor discipline cases related to fraud and corruption.
- Collect and report the fraud and corruption cases quaterly.
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.
