We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic event and project coordinator to run projects and events from conception through to completion. Event & Project coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding organizing memorable events and projects that meet quality expectations.
I/ Event management
•Experience in event management included from planning, design to production and on-field execution while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
•Work with many stakeholders and agencies, to ensure target achievement
•Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
•Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
•Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
•Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
•Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
II/ Project coordinator
•Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
•Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
•Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
•Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
•Ensuring project deadlines are met.
•Determining project changes.
•Providing administrative support as needed.
•Undertaking project tasks as required.
•Developing project strategies.
•Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
•Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
•Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
