Responsibilities
I/ Event management
• Experience in event management included from planning, design to production and on-field execution while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
• Work with many stakeholders and agencies, to ensure target achievement
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
II/ Project coordinator
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the completion of all reports/schedules required by Tax department during their annual examination, audit
Responsible for preparation of all taxes and other reports required by governmental agencies ensuring correctness and timely filing of remittance/reports to avoid penalty, surcharges and interest. This will includes: VAT, Corporate tax, Withholding tax, Other taxes
Liaise with Tax Department and other governmental agencies involving new rulings, tax compliance and other related activities.
Assist auditors for the year-end audit
Review and adjust accounts and journal entries of actually administration, marketing and operation expenses as well as accrual expenses, allocated expenses and provision.
Check depreciation, amortization of fixed assets.
Prepare and control over the monthly accounting closing schedule, prepare BS details listing
Review monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statement
Do ad-hoc reports as Finance Manager’s requirements and perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

- Making collection receipts from employees and others by cash on hand
- Following up and managing advances of employees
- Preparing the payments by cash on hand and bank transfer to suppliers, employees, salaries and others
- Recording all payments and receipts to accounting system for both cash and bank transactions
- Following and in-charging of suppliers balance to make sure all records are controlled and recorded correctly
- Prepare month-end cash and bank reconciliation
- Check and control the AP supplier balance before making the payment
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements
