Mô tả công việc

Develop a sales strategy, identify new markets, sales leads and channels, following up on new and existing business opportunities with primary focus on B2B, B2C and support to the E-commerce and Retail teams.
Plan and prepare new business pitching
Execute selling activities and pitch services to new clients and professional relationships with new contacts
Develop a standard and effective sales process and propose optimization opportunities. Work closely with teams (Legal/Customer Success) to improve the client cycle
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions.
Promote the companys existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to strategize, develop and execute marketing plans in order to support sales activities
Propose measures to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Other assignments by Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree or above, prefer Marketing, business administration, Communication or similar fields.
Preferably 2 years or more experience in Sales. Marketing experience is a plus
A deep understanding of marketing and sales principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English communication
Integrated management thinking skills
A person who is willing to take initiative
Document preparation and management ability
English preferred (additional points)
