Executive, Sales Gallery Operations & Productions (for Project Marketing)

1. Sales Gallery and Show Units Operation:
- In charge of all Operational matters related to Sales & Marketing department, including setting up and maintaining of Sales Galleries, Show Units, Mock-up Units, Sales Offices, etc with high standards for smooth operations and positive customer experience.
- Take lead in engagement and communication with all internal and external service providers such as such as security, cleaning, pest control, scent air, landscaping, water feature treating, catering etc to ensure delivery of highest standard of services within agreed timeframes and budget
- Prepare and conduct training on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including manpower allocation, regulations, standards to all internal and external service providers; supervise and carry out routine inspections; improve quality
- Supervise and carry out routine inspection on assets, inventory, equipment and facilities; transfer of items among projects.
2. Production
- Engage and communicate with all vendors to ensure successful and timely production, installation, and maintenance of Sales & Marketing tools, including but not limited to signage, hoarding, banner, billboard, standee, merchandise, gift etc.
3. Others
- Allocate, manage and monitor Operational budget for each project
- Manage budget approvals, contract negotiation, payments to vendors
- Support Sales & Marketing events / activities in set-up, logistics and execution
- Other ad-hoc tasks as appointed
