MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Part I: Job Purpose
To support HR Head of Learning, Training & Development in the effective delivery of overall training and people development strategy.
To support HR Head of HR system (performance management, improvement project, Vision 2020, 2025)
Part II: Major Accountabilities
Being responsible for yearly master training plan, TNA, Training budget in VietNam annually
Implement training activities as planned, training budget controlling, Training evaluation, training record
Develop and conduct internal training such as Leadership Mindset, PRT and soft skills training (Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, Problem Solving Skills, ect…)
Responsible for Vision 2020 & 2025 projects under People and Culture section - Learning & Development part
Responsible for some regional (SEA) projects of learning
Building the learning culture for the Company
Part III: Key Performance Indicators
Training KPIs: Training budget on track, 90% training actual against plan, 10% behavior change after training.
Projects KPIs: Based on project KPIs.
Compliance: Training procedure follow N5 system.
Part IV: Competencies Requirements
1. Relationship building:
- Initiative to build and maintain the strong relationship with all parties (Boss, In the team, Cross function departments, and external parties (SEA, Global, Customer, Supplier).
2. Change management:
- Understand how individual/ people need to change successful & Knowing what make people success in change, transition
- Know how to teach people in new skills, how to coach people to demonstrate behavior
3. Consulting:
- Able to give colleagues a professional adviser in HR field, special in career development
4. Coaching:
- Able to help others in developing career path in HR (Special in training, development)
- And able to develop the coaching culture at the organization
5. Planning & organizing:
- Able to develop strategies to accomplish goals, target
