MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsible for the financial operations of the organization in the areas of taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, financial risk management and financial reporting as well as the management of all administration, human resources and compliance activities
Financial & Accounting Management
- To response for all aspects of Accounting and Finance functions to achieve companys business objectives
- To maintain and improve Accounting system including General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Fixed Asset, etc.
- To maintain and improve inventory balance aging (including demo products) and its depreciation - to optimize company profitability
- To improve efficiency and effectiveness of credit and collection processes
- To review payments and vouchers with appropriate consideration of all the supporting documents
- To ensure adequate internal control system to protect company assets and avoid risk of fraud
- To close and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement including managing and analyzing financial reports
- To response for month-end and year-end closing processes
- To check bank statements and reconcile bank accounts
- To monitor and report cash on-hand
- To create monthly reports for DPI, Bureau of Statistics, Tax Office on time
- To ensure correctness of intercompany transactions with all MT partners
Operations and Administrative Management
- To handle legal issues effectively, take lead in audits of all kinds (statutory, warehouse, demo units, ISO etc.)
- To document and archive according to VAS as well as MT standards (no losing of documents)
- To ensure conformance with corporate MT guidelines what Finance, Logistic and HR is concerned
- To actively initiate costs reduction measures
- To support management as part of Mgmt. team
- To help reviewing sales contract to follow VN standards and ensure MT processes are followed
- To investigate and trigger management risk base on poor business process
Human Resource Management
- To build company policy and ensure people follow
- To support leadership team in HR and administration
- To review and coordinate with payroll and staffing suppliers to ensure proper process
Logistics & Procurement:
- To response for ERP data (master data etc.)
- To ensure cost sheet completeness
- To analysis of non-turning stock and initiate elimination annually
- To optimize logistic processes
- To oversee the logistics and warehouse
- To be accountable for and manage the staff delivering the following functions:
o the reception & front of house functions e.g. first point of contact services
o the physical infrastructure for the operations e.g. premises, equipment and assets.
o the administrative function e.g. records management, inwards & outwards mail, purchasing, diary management
- To liaise with customs and various government agencies on Company matters

- Education: Degree in Accounting
- Experiences:
+ 5-7 years experience as Chief Accountant, at least 2 years in international environment
+ Deep understanding of VAS as well as US GAAP
+ Good knowledge of local regulations (tax, import, warehousing, trading)
+ 1-2 years experience using ERP
+ Good understanding of HR management administration and local employee management/labor law regulations
+ Experience working in logistics working with internationally suppliers
+ Knowledge of MT suppliers (systems, processes) of advantage
+ Good communication skills, able to build up and maintain business
