Financial Analyst

Query, calculate and report daily data to evaluate the company’s on-going performance.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in month-end reporting.
Create and maintain financial and operating reports as needed.
Assist operating managers in evaluating the financial implications of business decisions.
Maintain current knowledge of financial systems.
Identify and report key trends.
Keep management informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job (able to work in Ho Tram) and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Finance or IT fields.
Two - three years experience in financial analysis or database management/querying.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL DB structures & queries as well as Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic.
Ability to query data from multiple sources, write routine reports and provide analysis.
Strong workplace communication skills (verbal & nonverbal).
Fluency in English is required.
Well organized, detail oriented, multitasking problem solver who is eager to learn and excel.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedures manual and financial documents.
Ability to act on and understand a sense of urgency.
Work well with team providing support and jumping in wherever needed.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure to meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Knowledge of Gaming, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Cadena software an advantage but not required.
