1) Innovation and improvement product leading role
- Responsible for achieving the success criteria for innovation projects: the product description, gross margin, timeline.
- Responsible for setting the product strategic directions & technology for innovation in noodles and convenient foods.
- Sets and manages R&D coordinating functions: CI, process development, packaging, system/spec, regulatory/micro & research platforms to obtain an effective result across the functions
- Distributes an effective interaction process with partners: MKT, supply chain to ensure the innovation project is successfully achieved.
- Identifies and deliveries products mapping for current and future innovations.
2) Formulation design
- Expertizes in understanding of fermentation technology to delivery the formulation for innovation projects to meet the success criteria of the products.
- Defines & establishes the optimum formulation & technological process from sensory, preservation, financial point of view.
- Determines the key technical product/concept insight from CI (Consumer Insight) and tranfers it successfully to the formulation.
- Identifies and deliveries Lab development process ensuring that products can effectively scaled up in the pilot plan & mass production.
- Cooperates with packaging to ensure the safe and strong interaction b/w product & packaging, as well as the shelflife determined by packaging materials/designs.
- Identifies the food trends and corporates with the research team for developing product on the frame of preservation and the additive & flavours science as well.
- Defines the cooking habits & identifies new trends of consumer through the chef’s technical expertize.
- Cooperates with MKT on the concept of product and delivers it into new products
- Manage, coach & develop the team of product development on fermented products, supporting them in execution & career development
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education - ideally Master degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering.
2. At least 7 years experience and 5 years management experience in a food product development function.
3. Risk Assessment and Six Sigma methodology and/or experience are importan
