Mô tả công việc

1. Planning and implementation QA/QC Department:Setup plans, target and performance standards for the work procedure of the department.Reviews the Audit results and takes necessary steps to comply with the Standard requirements.2. OrganizingOrganize effective communication inside the department and expect people to do their own jobs effectively.Organize Quality meeting with Operation & Engineering& other departments regarding products and claim problems.3. Control:Review & Approves of Quality Plan/ Inspection & Test ProgramEffectively control of document’s overall efficiency.Ensuring that all Departments are familiar with the company Quality, Health & Safety Policy.Maintains healthy working relationship with Third PartyInspectors or Customer Representatives4. Communications:Prepare monthly statistical analysis of Non-Conformity reports, process errors and Customers claims.Follows up on Customer Satisfaction analysis and communicate with the top management.Responds promptly to all queries from other department and sales offices.Conduct regular meetings with quality staff to review important issues and concerns5. Administration:Recommends hiring and termination of staff.Approve salary increase and normal promotion within guidelines of company policy.Prepare annual capital and operation budget for quality department and following approvals try to work within agreed budgets.Compiles, maintains and reviews department policy and procedure for efficient working of quality department.Reviews and evaluates Quality staff performance and their efficiency.Works within the Budget.

Qualifications (Essential):Mechanical Engineer or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.Qualifications (Desirable):Knowledge of Steel Fabrication, Welding, Painting, ShippingCertificate/License/Course:CSWIP 3.1 or ASNT Level II, or BGAS Gr2Computer Literacy:Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Applications and AutoCAD,internet.etc.Language Required:English, ArabicDuty (Shift/General):Day ShiftSpecial Physical Characteristics Needed:Physical fitness, active& team playerattitudeSpecific Experience (in Years):10+ years in above fieldPersonal Competencies:To be organized, systematic, and through in performing his duties, knowledge and update in QA/QC concept
