Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate. Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales. Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process. Ensuring the Customer Relationship Management is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage. Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Age: 30 - 35 years old Over 5 year sales experience at managerial role with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement, preferably in healthcare industry. Passionate with start-up Excellent communication in both Vietnamese & English Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control Experience running and building a sales team Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams. Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
