* JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Participate to definition of release perimeter
- Creation of ticket « release » in ITSM tool and consolidation of all requests associated
- Write of technical specifications and provide a detailed estimation
document « Technical specification » with the estimation
- Perform or transfer to development team the requests to implement and follow up the level of progress
- Minutes of level of realizations progress during the follow up weekly meetings
- Perform Unitary and Integration tests
- Test plan and proofs of test (screenshot) joined to Specifications documents
- Deliver development and support BPM teams during Users test
- Release package and level of progress of tests with BPM team
- Support CRM administration team for release preparation
- Answers to BPM questions, possible corrections and update documentations and requests in ITSM tool.
- Support and help for Production phase
- Answers to CRM administrator questions, possible corrections and update documentations and requests in ITSM tool.
- Provide post production support
- Answers to BPM team questions, possible corrections and update in ITSM tool
- CRM – SFDC and associated apps (ServiceMax, Pardot)
