* PROJECT INFORMATION & OPPORTUNITY

Project for US customers, primarily is about logistic. The project provides application support, receives tickets from customers and processes within defined timeline on SLA with current project scope is 8 billable members.

* JOB DESCRIPTIONS

- Working location: VPI Building, 167 Trung Kinh, Cau Giay, Hanoi

- Responsible for L2/L3 support who will be participate in troubleshoot, enhance, bug fixing application from customer’s requirement using .Net technologies.

- Work independently and as a team member when necessary

- Support & manage incidents raised by the L2 or as agreed in documented SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines

- Work closely with clients, subject matter experts and the team to understand requirements, establish priorities and project scope, and manage expectations and project delivery
