MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. MISSION
Design, propose and deloy the HR communication plan and activities align to HR strategy, Corporate policy to assure the targeted audiences can find, send, receive, understand the right message in the timely way.
2. ACTIVITIES
* Promote Corporation culture and enhance employee engagement by design, propose and deloy the HR internal communication activities, such as:
• Draft and send periodic HR newsletters, announcements, congratulations;
• Support to design & organize On-boarding programme;
• Support Corporate Comm Dept. to research & propose periodic internal communication programme for company;
• Combine with Corporate Comm to create Internal bulletin and internal communication tools: Internal Magazine Big Cười; flyers, internal bulletin, Corporate video
* Enhance Corporate’s Employer Branding by working with internal recruiters to hold the proper activities with the right message and material through the right channels to attract targeted audiences:
• Online channels: Social networks, Digital Marketing tools, Career page,….
• Offline channels: Job fairs, student programme, recruitment campaign…
* Corporate with relevant departments to organize and coordinate in implementation of projects, internal communication programme:
• Corporate with Event Manager, PR Responsible, staffs and employees of all departments, to organize internal events of Central Group VN
• Work and supervise all external service providers to respect contracts conditions
• Corporate with Corporate Comm to make research & build internal communication management process system, tools, internal communication technique, guidance and training to apply…
* Work with relevant internal & external partners to define and develop effective communication channels, tools, messages and materials (video, picture, ...);
* Other activities as assigned by Line Manager.

3. COMPETENCIES
* Functional knowledge & experience:
• Knowledge in HR, Economic, Culture, Social, Retail market;
• with marketing and event management;
• Understanding of communication tools and techniques.
* Functional skill:
• Good in communication and ability to build relationships with range of stakeholders;
• Strong organizational, analytical and planning skills;
• Good in event mangement;
• Have sense of marketing;
• Solve-problem and result oriented;
• Creative.
* Other skills:
• Speech skill
4. REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
• Education University degree
• Experience: At least 2 years in HR, Communication, familiar with internal communication tools.
• Language: Fluent in English
• Office skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Attitude: Responsible, honest, can travel in others provinces
