Our client is a new set up - Serviced Apartment, hospitality field. They are looking for the HR
Manager position, working at HCMC.
Building up HR strategic in accordance with the business strategy of the Company annually.
Co-operate with other departments within authorized responsibilities.
Set up and control all HR & admin policies & procedures.
Being a bridge between the Board of Director and Managers, finding out potential employees, retain and develop them. Implementing promotion procedure.
Make plans and hold to assess periodically effect of the objective implement. Use the result of assessment to propose re-training, professional training, promotion or transfer.
Ensure checking of HR plans and managing of employees who implement in & out plans.
Ensure the management of hour’s work/ working time, turnover, cost management about salary.
Build up and control the annual budget of HR Department.
Follow, update the daily related HR, conduct to analyze and propose solutions to Superiors in order to adjust, improve the quality of Human resources management.
Manage and develop employees, Building up competitive benefit packages to motivate employees.
Implement policies/benefits for employees in a timely manner and on the legal basis.
Review department staff performance periodically.
Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies.
