* HR Staffing
- Collects, organizes and maintains a variety of confidential employment related records, files, reports, and certifications according to policy and legal requirements
- Assures proper storage, organization and retrieval of information of HR records
- Prepare documents in relation to employees (in case needed) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met.
- Follow up probation evaluations/ contract renewal evaluations and prepare labour contract within required timeframe
- Prepare & provide staff list to related stakeholders when required
- Get fingerprints for new hires (if any); scan and file employees personal records
* HR Systems
- Process personnel data changes, new hires, status changes, dependants number, terminations, etc in respective systems (Success Factors, SAP Payroll, T&A, )
- Receive exit documents from HRBPs, terminate employees on Success Factor system and update T&A system
- Maintain systems, testing, amending and updating as required
- Resolve employee queries and provide the advise regarding system in relation to employees data (Success Factor) and Time and Attendance (T&A); check and fix errors
* Payroll/Insurance/PIT
- Send list of staff termination before ending of timesheet period (15th monthly) for payroll processing
- Administer employee SI, UI, HI insurance including preparing monthly, quarterly report & supporting document to SI authority / issue & close SI book / submit document of Sick leave, maternity leave, etc. for process to claim SI benefit & payment for employee. Provide guideline on Medical insurance (if any) and issue Insurance cards
- Issue tax code and register employees dependants information on governments tax system
- Make payroll amendment for employees whose salary could not bank transfer in previous month due to wrong information of bank accounts
* Report
- Submit labor report to Labor office and other reports to site authorities (when required)
- Provide all required & ad hoc reports as per request of direct superiors
* Others
- Do accruals for HR (if any)
- In charge of HR Call Center for HR Department
- In charge of PR/GR creation for HR Shared Service Team
- Back up for South_Non Sales & Commercial, North, Central
- Performs other duties as assigned
