* Job Descriptions:
- Receive and screen all the staff requisition form from requesting Departments
- Execute the Recruitment Advertisement, search manpower sources, collect CV, screening CV, arrange interview, and reply to candidates
- Conduct pre-employment test and reference check
- Conduct Interview for middle level positions or in case of request by Managers
- Recommend suitable candidates to send to Heads of Departments
- Send Rejection/Letter of Appointment to candidates not selected/selected
- Control Candidate Database and update timely Candidates List, Recruitment & Training Report
- Coordinate in house and outsources training events as approved by BOD.
- Keep training records and update timely Training Report
- Implement the orientation training (induction) and paperwork for new recruitments
- Update information into internal HR Management System, HR software and collect and transfer all personal original papers submitted by new joiners to HR service to maintain as per company’s rules
- Support Supervisors and Managers in identifying appropriate training that can address individual performance gaps.
- Maintain an updated record of training resources providers including e-based training
- Coordinates with concerned departments and external suppliers on the procurement of training materials or resources
- Ensures the timely availability of training materials or resources
- Implement to other admin duties as required from line Manager: exit interviews, reports.
