The HR Intern will report directly to Talent Acquisition Manager and support Talent Acquisition team with new hire onboarding processes. The successful candidate will also work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver weekly reports on recruitment performance.
Job Description
Recruitment Support Task
Pre-onboarding for new hires
- Direct lycontact and deliver instruction for full on boarding document to new hires
- Check & collect all new hires’ documents to make sure all employee data are input accurately and on time into the system
- Coordinate to Admin/IT & Departments for preparing facilities for new hires
On-boarding new hires:
- Manage and update employees’ information within their 2 months of probation.
- Coordinate with other departments in HR (C&B and L&D) to register for benefits (AON, SI, HI) and provide orientation training to new hires
- Follow up and collect all new hires’ profiles during the probation period and deliver full employee profiles to C&B after passing the probationary period
Candidate database input
- Input candidate’s profiles from the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all profiles are well-stored and updated on daily basis.
Report & Others:
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to update hiring process for weekly Hiring Report
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager to ad-hoc report about Recruitment metrics (hiring speed, recruiter efficiency)
- Support Talent Acquisition team with logistics arrangement
- Other tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.
