1. Recruiting Assistant (Nhân viên Tuyển dụng)
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process of office workers (screen CV, interview, build database & candidate pool, maintain recruitment network….)
- Support for recruitment of line workers (recruitment activities within Hai Phong & outside provinces).
- Work closely with HR Manager/Recruiting Part to recruit & achieve KPI as planned.
- Support HR Manager on Recruiting planning, execution and evaluation tasks.
- Support HR Manager on Recruitment reports & cost related activities.
- Provide various support for other members of Recruiting Group including but not limited to guiding, supervising, coaching the staff under…
- Other tasks as per Managers and higher Managers assignment.
2. Training Assistant (Nhân viên đào tạo)
- Ensure that all activities of Training & Development are in accordance with policy & procedures
- Build internal and external training programs
- Make and execute HR Training Plan, Orientation Training (monthly plan, yearly plan).
- Ensure that the Training schedule is completed fully.
- Be able to provide history data, analysis, solutions, implementation, ongoing execution and development training cost upon request
3. HR Assistant (Nhân viên chấm công, lương, bảo hiểm)
- Accuracy calculating and checking the attendance, salary and insurance for employees.
- Make daily/ weekly/ monthly report of attendance ratio and overtime working hours, salary amount.
- Control the attendance system and check the different between system time and actual time.
- Control the accuracy payroll, keep the deadline for payment of salary.
- Consult the leaders the solution to reduce working overtime and absence situation.
- Predict the trend basing on the attendance data and suggest the solving method.
