Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function;
Support GD to set up the programs to develop the human resource of the Company
Perform the recruitment jobs: advertise job postings, source candidates, screen applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
Control the safety of the Company: support workplace safety training and maintain federally mandated logs for workplace injury and accidence reporting. In addition, consider the relation between the workplace safety and risks and manage the companys workers compensation issues researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
Employee engagement and resolving workplace conflict.
Control the salary structure and calculate the monthly salary as well as other benefits which are paid according to the salary such as social insurances and PIT.
Compliance with labour and employment laws.
Recruit, training and create the development programs to the Human resource.
Creating professional development to employees for promotional opportunities and achieving personal goals;
In charge of work safety, environment, health (HSE), fire fighting
Monitor and solve the social insurance, health insurance for employees throughout the company:
Control of visa, resident card, work permit.
