•Own full spectrum of human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall well-being of employees.
•Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling and submission of HR
•Administer employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
•Execute HR best practices, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
•Lead employee on/off boarding process and procedure.
•Responsible for maintaining personnel files and employee database ensuring they are up to date.
•Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
•Assist in developing sources of qualified candidates, screening, testing and selection of applicants.
•Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.
