Mô tả công việc
- Headhunting and Recruiting staffs according to company’s requirements.- Approving or preparing job descriptions for positions intended and manage advertisements.
- CVs screening, filtering and call and arrangement for interviews.
- Negotiating salaries, offer letters, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Explaining company policies, rules and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Possess a degree or higher diploma in Human Resource management or professional certification of relevant subject.- Experienced as Human Resource Officer or a Head Hunter or relevant role.
- Good people relations and communication skills. Influential, friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Good command in Vietnamese & English Language.
