General Tasks
Recruitment
- In charge of jobs posting, collecting CVs, screening and scheduling interviews.
- Perform recruitment & selection activities in accordance to company’s headcount budget/ recruitment plan and procedure to ensure that company’s vacancies are filled on time.
- Conducting initial interview and selecting candidates for final interview with Line Managers and Airport Người quản lý.
- Keep the documents of potential candidates on cơ sở dữ liệu (both soft and hard copies); cập nhật the status of applications thru recruitment channels in phiếu yêu cầu (oder) to monitor and access the effectiveness of these channels.
- Searching and developing a pool of candidates for urgent vacancies and reserve talented for future needs;
- Maintain close relationship with academic institutions and University/ Schools.
- Deliver recruitment trainings/ coaching to and ensures that the đội strictly adheres to company’s recruitment policies & processes.
- Doing the reports related to recruitment process
- Preparing welcome on board for new hires such as email/ business card/ HMS card/meal card…. (if any)
- Implement and adhere to the recruitment policies & coordinator with Department Head to grow up the job descriptions of recruitment position.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly & yearly recruitment reports as assigned by Danang HR Người quản lý.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C&B
- To be in charge of compensation and benefit tasks including monthly payroll, compulsory insurance by law, and probation/labor contract for all employees.
- Ensure all current labor regulations to be applied properly.
- Provide services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits.
- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and labor regulations.
- Make monthly PIT declaration and PIT finalization for all legal entities and follow up the payment on PIT to local authorities.
- Handle Work Permit and Residence Card for expats (if any)
- Make HR reports requested by local authorities and internal reports requested by BOD, Finance & Accountant leaders, Internal Audit đội...
- To be in charge of extra insurance policies as Personal Accident/Health Insurance...
- Ensure HR forms as Leave Application, Overtime record, personnel letters, labor contract, memo, etc. to be available for use.
- Participate to implement employee satisfaction survey at company.
Training:
- Conducting orientation and induction to all new employees by providing both oral and written information;
- Implement induction training & introduce the company policy and procedures for new staff
- Liaising with National Learning & Development Manager to administer training courses for staff;
- Analyzing and proposing for potential Training course for staff;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training program through feedback;
- Doing the training reports.
Other tasks assigned by HR Người quản lý from time to time.
