Mô tả công việc

- Being responsible giving advice and support for customers
- Taking care of customer orders and processing customer order after receiving from sales department
- Keeping track of the logistics and informing customer about their order current status
- Investigating and solving customers problems
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
- Taking the leading role of improving customer service procedures, policies and working standards for CS team
- Leading CS team, training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Coordinating with other departments to discuss possible improvements to customer service

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree in Economics or related major
- At least 5 years experience working in Customer Service department
- At least 3 years experience taking the role of team leader/ manager of customer service department
- Good English skill (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill
- Proactive, high sense of ownership
- High sense of responsibility
- Can do attitude
- Can perform under high pressure
