Direct Subordinates: ILACN Admin Officer
Job Purpose:
ILACN Manager is responsible for developing and managing an ambitious, comprehensive, yet targeted fund raising program capable of identifying and successfully securing significant financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations for ILACN’s operating, program and capital priorities. ILACN Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing ILA volunteer program with teachers/staff, fundraising events and managing local and international charities to support the well
- being and welfare of families and children in need.

Internal: Centre Managers; Academic Management; Marketing Staff; Designers; Purchasing; Finance Dept; Admin; Operations; ILACN Admin Officer & Volunteer Coordinators; Teachers and Local Staff
External: Organizations that ILACN supports [e.g Cancer Hospital, green Bamboo, go Vap Orphanage, little Rose, bung Sang, blue Dragon Hanoi]; Relevant Government Authorities; Vendors; Event Venues; Other Charities; Donors; Students; Media; Suppliers; Lawyers
Responsibilities
1.Accounts – To keep the ILACN budget, prepare the budget forecast and quarterly reports. Reconcile cash on hand, bank account, cash advances. Prepare all internal documentation for payment. Report monthly to accounts. Also forecast revenue and budget for the following year.
2.Events – To develop, organize and manage events for public, staff and students, including creating themes and purposes, writing content for promotional materials and working with and managing other staff to ensure smooth execution of events. [Examples: ILACN fundraiser events, ILACN awareness events, ILACN volunteer events, etc..].
3.External Communications – Act as contact point for all donors, suppliers, associates, government agencies for the ILACN. Act as a contact point for all external ESL industry. Contact and distribute support materials to contacts.
4.Marketing/Branding – Develop a yearly marketing plan. Identify opportunities for improvement/development of marketing/branding materials. Work with MRK in costing and production. Distribute support material to partners/contacts. Maintain records of payments of all marketing activities through accounts and provide a monthly source report and payment summary.
5.Media – Monitor and increase ILA Vietnam’s and ILACN’s exposure on the internet and press. Create and manage social media profiles [facebook, twitter, linkedIn, etc..]
6. ILACN Volunteers – Build a process to recruit and manage volunteers. Interview potential teachers, academic staff and ILACN volunteers as and when needed.
7.ILA and ILACN website – Ensure web content is up to date and refreshed on a regular basis. As and when needed, liaise with marketing team to create new websites.
8.Liaise with internal departments – Work with accounts, admin, operations, bDD, etc to get support for ILACN activities.
9.Other – Run committee meetings, manage projects, coordinate ILACN activities in all training centres and relevant charity organisations.
