Information Technology Application Programmer

1. IT Application [Process]
- Designs business applications with a high attention to quality and details, while following naming and technical standards set by MAISON
- Collaborates with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications
- Work with SAP consultants and business owners to develop and implement the new features.
- Provides SAP support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution of system issues and customized reports.
- Demonstrates a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization
- Demonstrates a high level of communication skills, verbal and written.
- Mentoring less experienced team members on SAP programming concepts and tool suite.
- Plan, schedule and track project timeline, milestones and deliverables, and report status to project stakeholders and/or management on a regular basis
- Responsible for continued personal growth in the areas of technology, business knowledge and MAISON policies and platforms.
- Follow up on application systems change requests, ensuring changes are aligned to company policy.
- Demonstrates team leadership and participates in team activities and planning for improving team skills and quality of work.
- Support and trouble shoot all SAP interface program issues
- Conduct all periodically checking for SAP, working with Internal/External audit about SAP-related subjects.
- Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary.
2. IT Support Services [Customers]
a. Respond to all SAP services request and IT Application problems within 2 hours and resolve it within 1 - 2 business days depending on the priority as detailed below
- High priority – from 1 to 2 hours.
- Medium priority – from 3 to 6 hours.
- Low priority – from 1 to 2 business days.
b. Take over the support of Ha noi & Da nang office sites from external vendor and ensure support is as per “a” above.
c. Implement automation tool and produce IT guide for end users to improve remote support
3. IT Project [Process]
Follow up and support all MAISON IT projects from BOM, SAP Leader for yearly
4. Development [Personal]
Acquire new IT knowledge and skills and attend at least one technical training and 1 soft skill training
5. IT Documentation [Process]
Ensure all the documentation related to MAISON SAP system and IT Application should be up to date.

1. Education
Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems with at least 3 years of IT experience.
2. Experience (type)
· Minimum of 3 years ABAP development experience on ECC/ERP 6.0 or later release with an emphasis in financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Materials Management
· Strong technical background coupled with in-depth experience developing ABAP and Object Oriented ABAP applications on an SAP NetWeaver platform
· In-depth knowledge of SAP IDOC/ALE and EDI integrations
· Experienced in all SAP enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement points)
· Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills with an emphasis on Advanced ABAP debugger skills to support quick turnaround of analysis and issue resolution
· Experienced with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
· Minimum 2 - 3 years of create reports using Crystal Reports, MS SQL or other SAP/third party programming tools
· Knowledge in SAP/BW, Business Objects BI/BPC or web-based application development will be advantageous.
· Knowledge programming skill in either C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C++ , ASP or other high level language on Microsoft Platform.
· General understanding of logistic, financial or merchandise accounting processes
