MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Resume responsibility for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing, and final approval to invest in the developed product.
- Assist identifying and organizing requirements and producing specifications for mobile application development project.
- Working alongside Project Manager and Product Owner to define business scope, comprehend technical documents. Support other members as well.
- Learn new skills and adopt new practices readily in order to develop innovative and low-cost products that drive company business to paperless.
- Create and maintain product documentation includes requirement, specification, design, development, integration, test procedures and concrete result.
- Understand modern software engineering concepts, development methodology (Scrum, Agile, XP, DSDM…) is a big plus.
- On-going research of new technologies, products and services, strategies in the financial services industry and especially peers.

- Hold a bachelor degree in IT or Finance, Business
- Strong background in coordination with various teams and high level management, including executive level
- Min. 3 years of experience in R&D in IT/Finance projects and lighting technology field
- Hands-on development experience with current tools and technologies (Xcode, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Jenkins, Git…)
- Proficient computer skills, including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio and reporting tools)
- Able to develop clear PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good understanding of the financial service industry
- Proficient in Objective-C, Swift or Java (Android development).
- Good experience in Animation, UI Builder, Mobile Data Management, Mobile Frameworks.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Good experience in RESTful APIs to connect iOS/Android mobile application to back-end services.
- Understand and implement mobile design principles and interface guidelines.
- Have knowledge or experience in Chatbot development.
- Experience in commercial Chatbot application with NLP (Natural Language Processing), Data Mining, Big Data is a big plus.
- Academic knowledge in AI, Neutral Network is a big plus
- Previous experience building mobile SDKs and Library.
- Experience in Mobile Hybrid development with PhoneGap | Xamarin | Titanium | Cordova is a plus.
- Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Disciplined and self-motivator
- Ability to execute duties with minimal direction and to adjust workload based on priorities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willing and able to take on various types of work.
