*** PLANT MANAGER ASSISTANT (PM)
- Assisting the Office of executive plant management in their daily business
- Coordination of VIP Visits and Plant Tours
- Coordination, preparation, conduction and follow-up of key meetings in the plant (Plant Review, Management and extended Management Meeting)
- Preparing presentations for Management
- Supporting internal management communication (writing newsletter article, issuing monthly reports, updating social media tools)
- Collecting and summarizing of internal and external business relevant information
*** PROJECT INTERN (QMM6)
- Support admin tasks among REP’s Department activities
- Prepare for award event quarterly, half year and yearend
- Contact with different department to speed up time line of suggestion from associates
- Additional document administration activities
Support Plant
- Support training program of suggestion online tool inside Department if possible
- Issue monthly report in cooperation with Core team
- Prepare the report and communication meeting with Core team and all Departments
- Management content Plant status to CIP monthly meeting
- Support Plant events focus week e.g. 5S week, BPS week
- Support Plant management meeting report related to SS activities
- CSR document support
*** TECHNICAL ADMIN INTERN (TEF4)
- Support technical trainer for booking and arranging training schedule for Maintenance Department.
- Support secretarial tasks.
- Responsible for TEF4’s stationery.
- Support Engineer to create/ update document.
- Prepare monthly KPI.
*** DOCUMENT CONTROLL INTERN (TEF1)
- Support Document control daily tasks
- Support new Document control procedure implementation
- Support other Technical Function Department (TEF) tasks
*** SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN (ICO)
- Develop software applications/ tools
- Involve in practical SW development projects
*** ADMIN INTERN (MFG2)
- Prepare document for suppliers: Visa, safety assessment, to bring in laptop/smart phone, company certificate,
- Contact vendor and support the necessary procedures to work
- Support to get signature for EO, release protocol, WI, …
- Support to prepare sample basket, consumable to run SAT, line release
- Support for 5S during project
- Support paper work for project release (memo, EO etc)
- Support Engineers:
• Input the daily welding data to excel file
• Release process document
• Collect the sample and making Lab order for Pes
***QMS INTERN (QMM7)
- Prepare monthly quality report
- Follow up actions after audits (Internal process audit, PS audit, BVC audit)
- Follow up status of change implementation for Bosch Guidelines
- Join in preparation for external audit (coordination, schedule & logistics arrangement, etc)
- Roll-out new Quality Principle
-Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor, main task holder
