•Implement and operate Corporate Standard Information Technology. •IT Operational Support. •IT upgrade and deployment. •IT Management. •Co-ordinate in major hardware & software application implementation projects, including working with vendors and users. •Provide support service to users of software applicants by way of training, trouble-shooting; attend to user requests for additional functions, create new reports, software application changes and users operation guide documentation. •Maintenance of companys software applications and actively working on improving the existing systems. •Liaise with Group MIS, Internet provider & relevant vendors or suppliers on setup, implementation, repair, maintenance of IT hardware & software when required. •Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. •Knowledge with hands-on experience of 8 or more of the followings : Win2003/2008R2, Linux, LAN, WAN, WiFi, Juniper, proxy, DHCP, File/Print,SSL VPN, Mysql, NAS, WSUS, AD, MS-Exchange. •Practical experience in understanding and using IT service monitoring and management tools. •02 - 03 years work experience in IT Services •Competence in IT problem investigation, troubleshooting and solution deployment skills. •Good analytical and communication skills •Good command of spoken and written English. •Good command of spoken and written Chinese an added advantage. •Able to work independently, self-motivated and proactive. •Willing to perform ad-hoc support after office hours.
