Mô tả công việc- Provide basic L1 and L2 IT support to internal end-users.
- Follow up and monitor request support handle by Regional team.
- Provide touch base support for the server and network devices in the data center with the instructions provided over the phone.
- Prepare the first draft or assist senior IT on a plan to manage, forecast and plan the operational and capital expenditure spends efficiently, to be reviewed by a senior level.
- Log calls, ensure successful resolution of tickets and handle the vendors for any hardware troubleshooting.
- Escalate issues on systems, hardware, and software to respective teams when required.
- Prepare document guideline and conduct training orientation for new users.
- Provide excellent service to users to meet total customer satisfaction.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and update regularly.
Yêu cầu công việc- Degree in Computer science / IT or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of servers, networks, and Microsoft window/Google suite is a must.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Desktops and Laptops software systems and applications.
- Fair understanding on Network Switches, Routers, WiFi equipment.
- Have good skills of customer-services, logical troubleshooting and analytical.
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work independently and on weekends when needed.
- ITIL and any other technical international certification like CCNA or MCSA is preferable (Not Mandatory).
