MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. IT Support:
- Give clear advice and guidance to users for any matter related to new software and hardware installations/ upgrades, specifications and Internet Connection (including e
- mails). Troubleshoot errors if applicable.
- Support users in HHT devices, utilities.
- Install, set
- up and troubleshoot issues for printers, photocopiers and other devices.
- Support Current Time Lock System.
- Support User problems in IT Scope in case the others absent. (Internet, mS Office, access System, Printing, ...).
- Support in extracting and viewing reports, coordinate with vendors to investigate the report in case issues are arising.
- Tracking System Status: Local Network access, Internet access, server, email services, ...
- Understanding the Profit System and its functions, information flow for smooth operation:
• Coordinate with IT in
- house to delivery user training in order to use Profit System.
• Manual support end
- user for sales and Merchandise Management.
• Support to Create New User/ Modification of User /unlock User.
• Generate Reports.
- Oversee New System Facilitation, current System Enhancements.
- Support Marketing Events.
- Support Customer Service Dept. in CLS System.
- Cooperate with Admin Dept. and Vendors to provide device repairing service as well as warranties.
- Coordinate with Outsourcing Team to support users and troubleshoot network issues.
- Work with vendors to deploy AD domain, email system, Office 365.
- Cooperate with or support other members in IT team to record all user requests and follow up/ deal with open requests.
2.. Manager Support.
- Run Tests and Evaluate the new Time Lock System.
- Research and Evaluate the Tele/Video
- Conferencing Solution.
- Review IT Contracts and Process payment for monthly IT Services if needed.
3.. Rules and Regulations.
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
4.. Other Duties.
- Make report templates as the top management’s requirement by working with vendors and related partners.
- Support Annual Store Stoke Take.
- Research, offer new IT solutions and techniques for upgrading, improving and simplifying current network systems, day
- to
- day operations of stores and company.
- Propose solutions to reduce manual processes.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Minimum 03 years of IT experience.
Knowledge, skills & Behaviors:
- Good Command of Spoken and Written English.
- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle multi
- tasks.
- Must have good organizational and time
- management skills.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
