Roles: - Develop new business opportunities with Anchor Accounts (AA) within the Territory/areas. - Approach and recruit new Anchor Accounts - Establish and nurture relationship with current AA by frequent visit and make renewal of current AA. - Support Sales Supervisor/Salesman in growing accounts, by selling new distribution and programs Key Accountabilities: 1. Grow volume and share in Anchor Accounts in assigned locations - Frequently visit customers to establish and maintain relationship. - Listing new products, equipment and merchandising techniques to existing accounts. - Monitor CDA performance, have business review with customers, and have action plan to drive more volume and share at customers (Products, Price, Promotion, Place). - Dealing contract renewals with existing accounts. -Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop Hit list and targets. - Negotiate for new accounts in the assigned areas/territories and analyse proper order for delivery. - Keep account profile files to SPVB standards. 2. Territory support - At the direction of the OP Manager/AA Manager, demonstrate selling techniques through joint calls with SS. - Hanndover newly recruited AA to SS for timely service. - Support SS to handle any issues relating to stock, delivery, payment. - Actively participate in problem solving meetings with territory colleagues. - Coordinate with ASM, Sales Admin, SS, Salesman regarding day-to-day operations.

v Education: Bachelor degree. v Functional: ·At least 3 - 4 years of experience in selling areas ·Experience dealing with AA-KA is preferred ·Strong selling skills ·Good business understanding and analytical skills v Soft skills: Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills v Computer: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). v Quality: Team player, self-driven, disciplined
