* MISSION
The Assistant to Director is in charge of (1) all daily administrative tasks in order to support the Regional Shopping Mall Director and (2) to contribution daily to the efficient organization and development of Shopping Mall
* ACTIVITIES
* Function : To handle administrative documents
- Type all required emails and documents
- Translate documents and emails as required by the relevant directors
- Certify documents (true copies, notarized documents, etc..)
- Update databases and tables
* Function : Planification and organization
- Hold the planning (keep or send messages, take appointments etc.)
- Organize business trips for the relevant directors or a member of their teams (plane tickets, hotels, taxis…)
- Take part in the organization of meetings (booking rooms, managing equipment,…)
* Function : Replenishment and management of the Department
- Check the inventory and identify needs in office supplies and establish the orders
Monitor the orders, receive furnitures and office supplies and store them properly
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
