Mô tả công việc

• Handle legal matters at operational level, contract management and resolution of legal matters.
• Implementation of due diligence processes and activities within the country to enforce a structured approach to legal management
• Support Legal Head Vietnam in the management of key litigations/arbitrations, interactions with external legal counsels and represent the country in key legal proceedings to ensure DKSHs interests are well protected
• Review and lead the reporting of key findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective
• Support in licensing
• Advising internal clients on daily operation legal matters. Gain better understanding of the business and its various processes to enhance the quality of legal advice given
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Corporate/Contract/Commercial law and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Yêu cầu

Functional skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate law, contract and commercial law, including country-specific laws
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in any other language is an additional asset
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/culture interactions
• Demonstrate ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate knowledge of adaptation of the law within the cultural/legal framework of country
Leadership responsibilities
• Maintain good interaction with BUs across countries
