Job Summary
• Import Management: documents, process, system registration, customs issues, etc.
• 3PL Management: warehouse, transportation, customs broker, etc.
• Supporting to manage inventory at counters, E-Commerce, warehouse, etc.
Principal Accountabilities
• Managing shipping information and documents from HQ to share with forwarder and 3PL
• Following import process. Solving related issues if any.
• Managing shipping expense and warehouse cost daily and monthly
• Supporting the stock control and material control for inventory improvement
• Tracking all import shipment (incoming report). Update daily stock report.
• Follow up local PO status, shipment and arrival date. Create PO and invoice to manage inventory.
• Supporting opening new counters. Proceeding FOC order, order and return for E-Commerce channels.
• Manage and implement a good system for tracking all inbound/outbound/transfer transaction.
• Prepare, analyze the month-end data and do reports. Prepare monthly reporting for logistics related issue. Assure closing time monthly.
• Perform other duties assigned by BGM, MD, FM, team leader.

Yêu cầu

Key Experience and Skills
• 1-2 years of related experience on logistics jobs, managing 3PL.
• Familiar with import/export process in Vietnam
• Bachelor degree in an external economics or in related degree
• Familiar with POS/SAP/ERP software.
