GOAL Program 2018 will be hold at Lotte Legend Hotel (2A-4A Ton Duc Thang Street, 1 District, HCMC) on 24/03/2018 and LOTTE Mart is looking for great candidates for Floor Manager (Fresh Food, Dry Food, Non Food) as below:
Being responsible to achieve the agreed sales target and the margin for the department:
• Implement the sales plan in accordance with the Company’s strategy and under consulting of the Store Manager.
• Propose and implement actions to animate the sales turnover of the department.
• Follow strictly the price and assortment policies of the Company.
• Together with category Supervisors daily check operation activities: cleanliness, tidiness, freshness, quality, rail card, zero stock especially, planogram, trolley with remaining articles,… and sum up checking results.
• Check turnover especially stock level, lists of zero stocks, 1/2 stocks, minus stocks, articles change, price correction, stock correction, situation of goods receiving, ordering, price deviations daily.
• Check and approve monthly inventory list of categories.
• Provide professional training in order to develop qualified & motivated staff for managerial positions within the company
• Check and manage the staff of their performance, including attitude toward work
