GOAL Program 2018 will be hold at Lotte Legend Hotel (2A-4A Ton Duc Thang Street, 1 District, HCMC) on 24/03/2018 and LOTTE Mart is looking for great candidates for Maintenance Assistant Manager as below:
Be responsible to manage all maintenance activities of the Stores, including new equipment installation in order to ensure the operation of the Stores, to protect the assets of the Company as well as to protect the safety of employees and customers.
• Check and follow and control schedule maintenance inspection, periodic maintenance to ensure the device works well, continuously.
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Promptly report the incident to manager and relevant people. Promptly troubles shooting to make sure there is no effect to the operation of Store.
• Monitor and supervise the contractor during the repair process, ensure all maintenance and troubles shooting are in accordance with the Company’s regulation and the safety rules.
• Train, monitor, check, remind all staff, as well as PG, tenant staff to save fuel and to ensure fire safety and fire prevention.
