MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Delegate, manage, and supervise the staffs to make sure smooth running operations of theentire longue
- Organize and supervise shiftsof the staffs including their attendance, appearance, presentation, etc.
- Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, cleanliness, background music if any, linen service, glassware, tableware, and utensil quality and placement; monitor food presentation and quality.
- Carry out on-job- training for all service staffs within working hours
- Plan menus for the day by consulting with chef; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus if needed
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures in compliance with company policies & legal regulations; maintain security and sprinkler systems; ensures high level of hygiene at all times in all service areas
- Manage the staffs well by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and rewarding or disciplining employees and provide feedbacks to keep them upbeat and productive
- Communicate job expectations to the staffs by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing based on their performance;
- Ensure customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits;
- Identify the trends in longue industry, determine or propose actions for system improvements; implement changes to promote the brand
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction, handle effectively customer enquiries and complaints (if any)
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory of the lounge
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Report on traffic, turnover of the stores
- Other missions assigned by Store Manager/ director

Hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
- Proven working experience as restaurant/longue manager
- Quick-minded, strong problem-solving skills
- Negotiation & persuasion Skills
- Good observational & organizational, customer-oriented skills
- Good management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant/lounge operations, F&V, Marketing &Customer service
- Good knowledge about Western cuisine
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant/longue management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Good & professional appearance
- Bartender skills is a plus
