*PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
- The Marketing Coordinator or Executive supports in all aspects of Heritage Line’s marketing activities and handles assigned projects individually. Tasks include but are not limited to: organisation, planning, handling and/or implementing of marketing activities such as corporate admin , campaigns, sales and marketing collaterals/documents, limited copy writing, promotions, presentations etc.
*RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Marketing:
• Organization, support and/or executing marketing activities/topics (print, online, event, project)
• Responsible management of administrative task (agreements, documents, collaterals, filing, recording)
• Manage photo database and other marketing relevant databases (media)
• Website content: support with content creation/handling and upload
• Online/Social Media: manage or support in the daily, weekly, monthly and annual social media and online activities (content, scheduling, monitoring and evaluation)
• Support in the monthly news and magazine articles including timely send-out (mailchimp)
• Creating promotional collaterals and other documents based on templates
• Communication with suppliers and third partiers (printers, designers, manufacturers)
• Liaise with other departments (purchasing, IT, operation) to monitor and ensure timely handling of marketing topics
• Conducting market research on assignment (competitor, media, PR etc)
• Support in the creation and implementation of on-board amenities and other on-board relevant marketing activities
*DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: DOSM and Marketing Supervisor

*QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Tertiary studies in marketing
• Good understanding of marketing with first practical experience
• Understanding of western cultures
• Regional destination knowledge
*EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years’ experience in online and off-line marketing, preferred in hospitality or in the luxury industry
- Respectable awareness of luxury product and high-end client segment with their needs and expectations
- Understanding of distribution channels
*SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and adobe acrobat
• High proficiency in interpersonal skill
• Highly organized and able to work multi-tasked
• Basic knowledge of design software (Photoshop, In-design)
• Content management experience – nice to have
• Pro-active mind-set and attitude
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
