Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns, including digital, offline, and trade marketing efforts
Manage thematic campaigns for CNTL and product-specific promotions for TGS, focusing on high - impact seasons like Tet
Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and e-commerce
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok
Develop strategies to grow online communities and engage audiences effectively
4. Trade & Distribution Support
Work closely with the sales team to provide trade marketing support, including in-store activations, POS materials, and distributor engagement for TGS
Coordinate with franchisees and operations teams to implement localized campaigns for CNTL branches
5. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify market trends and opportunities
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to improve ROI and optimize strategies
6. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, and customer service) and external agencies/vendors
Guide and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals
Present reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO
