* Customization of overall Marketing Plan:
- Periodically discuss and give inputs/recommendations to the annual and quarterly marketing plan of the company.
- Propose adjustments/improvements of the overall Marketing plan.
- Customize the marketing plan to make each campaign suitable with the market segment, customer behaviors and target customers of the region.
- Deploy the overall Marketing plan to execution in Hanoi region.
- Propose other appropriate PR/Marketing events which could further develop sale performance of the existing brands in the region.
* Execution of Marketing / PR events:
- Coordinate with suppliers/ providers according to the approved marketing budget.
- Work with Branch Director for the approval of further budgets from any events which are outside the overall marketing budget.
- Directly organize, assign, supervise and control the events and campaigns during execution.
- Prepare performance reports after each event and periodically.
* Execution of other suitable marketing / PR events in Hanoi:
- Work closely with Brand Managers and Operation Managers of respective brands to understand the current performance of those brands.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and Operation Managers of respective brands to finalize specific campaigns to promote sales.
- Propose specific events for each brand in the region with specific plan, budget and possible outcomes to CMO and Brach Director.
- Prepare performance reports of these events after execution.
- Execution of other related tasks as assigned by Direct and Indirect supervisor
* Strategic
- Develop and communicate the strategy for your departments/teams.
- Develop programs and projects to support the strategy.
- Oversee execution for your strategic programs and projects. Acquire and assign resources to drive the strategic plan.
* Performance
- Fully understand and achieve division KPIs set by BOD.
- Set and communicate dKPIs for all direct reports.
- Complete annual assessment on dKPIs for all direct reports before the end of the fiscal year.
* People
- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- Coach and develop department staff.
- Manage the department’s recruitment & staff retention efforts.
* Financial
- Improve division profit/budget performance year-over-year.
- Set and communicate revenue and budget plan for each department/team. Revenue plan by Oct 31, Budget plan by Nov 30.
- Develop programs to increase profit/budget performance for each department/team.
- Communicate revenue and budget targets and performance with the departments/ teams and director in an ongoing basis.
- Build and manage programs and projects to improve operations in the department and company.
* Operational
- Ensure the compliance of processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).
- Take ownership of all operations of your department. Resolve or escalate issues to your manager promptly.
- Guarantee the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by making sure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
