* With marketing team:
- Check and review our programs for B2B website (Italian version).
- Translate activities on B2B.
- Translate and write the messages for urgent case: on the request
- Power point presentation for our internal and external training on our destinations: on the request.
- Update website and content: on the request.
- Schedule: on the request
* With sales team:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Help our sales team (French speaking) improve their langues skill (French writing & speaking)
- Help them to review production: Report, evaluate and analysis the products for market
* With Human Resources:
- Interview to assess the French speaking ability of candidates, including speaking & writing
* Benefits:
- Intern period: 5 months from October 2017 until February 2018
- Accommodation allowance: 300 USD/month
- Lunch allowance: have lunch with Easia employees at ATS canteen and total lunch fee is provided by Company
- Visa fee is provided by Company (Single Visa)
- 4 first nights of hotel are taken care of by Company
- Bonus/offered Trip by Company at the end of the internship depending on achievements and work attitude
*** Working time
- 40 hours per week (8h30 – 12h & 13h30 – 17h30)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
