• Building financial modelling output to Revenue, Commission, Collection Cost, 3rd Party Cost, supporting for annual budget by bottom-up from sub-segments of products; • Building credit card model include card outputs and spending based on customer behavior and company expectation; • Managing, reporting Revenue data by many dimensions (Product, Channel); • Tracking sales and finance performance indexes and compare per Plan; • Providing in-depth Monthly analysis for the BOD regarding financial Operational key drivers including Interest received from lending, Commission to dealers, Collection Cost, 3rd Party Cost; • Performing various ad-hoc analysis for the primary revenue drivers such as ENR, Interest Rates including ENR Movement analysis, Provision analysis and Interest Revenue, Cost of Acquisition in-depth analysis that helps the BOD in maintaining Interest Revenue from not falling from Plan; • Optimizing working processes including redesign and maintain report templates for more than four categories including Daily/ monthly reports for Revenue and Net Profit Margin, Monthly Total Operating Income analysis and resulting in more than 1/3 cut off in processing time while maintaining the precision; • Reporting to stakeholders and investors by analyzing financial items such as Revenues, Liquidity ratios, Profitability ratios and comparing to Initial Plan
