Product Designer

The duties associated with this role may include but are not limited to:
Design Assist to CEO
• The Product Designer is responsible for taking products from concept through to completion.
• Assist CEO to draw and transfer CEO design idea into the products.
• Briefs may come from CEO or from our customers and other external contacts. Design briefs may be in many forms such as technical drawings, collections of images, storyboards, or discussions with those involved.
• In almost all cases the brief will need to be developed into a prototype for consideration.
• Additionally there may be times where the Product Designer has considerable input into the design of packaging, trade fair stands, and other aspects of Think Outside where their skills could be utilised but do not necessarily relate to specific products.
Trade Fairs
• Trade Fairs are the major marketing activity in Think Outsides calendar and require the assistance of many people including the Product Designer.
• This may vary from helping with the design and layout of the trade fair,

Specific Requirements
• Speaking English fluently is the key to communicate with CEO who is an Australian.
• All necessary design software have been used professionally.
• Ability to organize workflow to meet company, customer and trade fair timeframes.
• Ability to work within several teams, and be an important member of those teams to ensure that the objectives are understood and achieved.
• Providing clear and communicable feedback on all new product designs in a timely manner to those who require them.
• At all times present the company to external customers and staff in a positive and professional manner.
• At all times act with integrity, honesty and professionalism with customers and staff.
• To perform all tasks necessary to ensure the Design and product development tasks are achieved.
Working place: District 2, Duc Hoa or Long An
Measurement
• The position will be evaluated following a period of 12 months, with performance based on the ability to undertake the tasks listed above.
