Production General Clerk

- To record the production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- Calculates factors, such as types and quantities of ITems produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates.
- Maintains files of documents used and prepared
- To examine documents, materials, and products, and monitors work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
- To review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and operators to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
- Confer with Section Team Leader and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
- To revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, production planner, sales, and engineering.
- Requisitions and maintains inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- To calculates figures such as required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, and wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers.
- To distribute production schedules and work orders to each process, section team leader.
