With the growing strength, we are seeking enthusiastic candidates to develop themselves for Project Manager positions, you will responsible for:
1. Operating the activities of the Construction Management Bureau:
- Planning activities, organizing activities, controling, supervising inspection and handling of timely information.
- Management of the department’s personnel: building the personnel plan of the room; Assigned, coordinating, guiding, examining the work of staff in the room
- Participate in recruitment work, training, direct implementation of evaluation, encouragement, motivate, reward proposal, timely discipline.
2. Organization of construction management for the company’s projects:
3. Management, executive construction work at the project scene.
- Human resource coordination project, organizational inspection, supervision, training , training positions guaranteed to meet the needs of personnel at the scene
- Operating the overall process of implementing the construction at projects ensuring progress, quality and current regulations. Aggregate report from the command of daily works, direct handling or proposals for timely handling.
4. Manage the cost of the project
- Planning the cost of the project
- Controlling the implementation of costs, maximum limitation of deficits/costs arising out of project
5. Project Efficiency Management
- Evaluate the effectiveness after Finish the project
- Evaluate the quality of personnel and take out effective personnel management solutions after the Project
6. Test capacity of contractors
- Test the human resource
- Quality control materials, materials, machinery, the construction equipment
- Check the quality Management System

- Join in ESOP after one - year working
