Project Planning Manager

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Accountable for all activities in planning with Non Metal and Metal workshop for Samples, Product Development, Testing, Sealed, Hangtag, Engineering Change Order, DWG , prototype, counter sample orders.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- To receive the input, plan and monitor Non Metal Technical Drawing (NMG-W-TD) and Metal Technical Drawing (PPD-M-TD), Non Metal Sample Workshop (NMG-W-PPD) and Metal Sample Workshop (PPD-M-OM) , capacity, production to ensure the Product Finish Date (PFD).
- To ensure the effective discussion (including the production bottle neck, NMG-W-TD, PPD-M-TD material, capacity and overtime) is had together with related workshops and NMG-W-TD + PPD-M-TD management team in order to confim a PDF
- To communicate effectively and quickly to NMG-W-TD + PPD-M-TD and internal customers, with solutions & suitable action to keep comminted PFD.
- Ensure all prototypes finished in time and deliver finished products (w/ hang tag) to right address (SDC/ Test Center/ showroom).
- Daily post movement for finished products to all relevant parties
- Attend all the meetings for developing and approving new items
- KPI: Data collection on a daily basis to update various departments on the current status
- Check and control the budget for samples, prototypes
- Report making for several departments on the current status
- NMG-W-TD output: monthly report to TMG (Top Management)
- PPD-M-TD output: monthly report to TMG (Top Management)
- Component, stock and hardware list to be maintained and communicated
- Monthly Sample budget report – feedback to TMG
- Understand and comply with the product development and sample budget
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP
* Internal:
- Working closely to NMG-W-TD, PPD-M-TD and NMG-W-PPD, PPD-M-OM in planning for counter samples, samples and product development
ü Working with the Senior Project Manager for priortisation, stock and outlook for all on a daily basis
* External:
- None.
